There is no fee to submit a manuscript. The standard article-processing charge supports editorial administration, publication preparation, website delivery and long-term issue management. An invoice is issued only after a formal acceptance decision.
Do not send payment to personal accounts or respond to payment requests without an official manuscript reference and journal invoice. A fee never guarantees acceptance or influences peer review. Contact the editorial office to verify any request.
